'Outlander' season 3 episode 6 spoilers: after 20 years apart, Claire and Jamie together at last

In the next episode of "Outlander," Claire Randall (Caitriona Balfe) and Jamie Fraser (Sam Heughan) finally reunite after being apart for 20 years.

The trailer for the upcoming installment titled "A. Malcolm" showed Jamie and Claire preparing to spend the night together in bed for the first time in two decades. They first have a quaint dinner by the fire as Jamie pours some wine in Claire's glass. She looks at him lovingly and seemingly cannot believe that she is finally in his company. "I want to see you," Claire tells the Scotsman a while later. With heartfelt emotion, Jamie asks her, "Will you come to bed with me?" As they unravel each other, she answers, "Yes."

A memorable night between them is expected. However, their blissful reunion may be short-lived. Jamie may be in a bit of trouble after doing some bad deals with people who have yet to be identified. As a successful book printer, Jamie likely knows a considerable number of people with many connections. However, he may have mixed with individuals who do not have his best interests in mind. Needless to say, this will likely cause some tension between him and Claire. It remains to be seen how Jamie will get out of the mess and if it will lead down a dangerous path.

In the last episode, Claire got the blessing of her daughter Brianna Randall Fraser (Sophie Skelton) to go back in time and be with Jamie. With the help of Roger Wakefield (Richard Rankin), they were able to determine the location of Jamie in the past which made Claire very excited. She departed on Christmas Day and made the journey back in time to Scotland to the place where Jamie was.

"Outlander" season 3 episode 6 will air on Sunday, Oct. 15, at 8 p.m. EDT on Starz.
