The second season of "Outlander" is only two months away. Ahead of the premiere, Caitriona Balfe and Sam Heughan took part in a Q&A to give their fans an idea of what it's like to be on the set of the hit Starz show.

The two even shared how they managed to bond with their horses off-screen. When asked why the horses love Balfe more, Heughan revealed that it's because the actress likes to give them treats "all the time."

"Because she feeds them mints all the time," said the actor. "And not only her horse, my horse. So blatantly, they're gonna like her."

On who's been late the most on set, the two playfully pointed at each other before moving on to the next question.

Twitter user @juliesheil1 asked the actors how they deal with the weather in Scotland, as it was previously revealed that they had to deal with bad weather most of the time.

"You don't deal, you endure," said Balfe, and Heughan added that the weather must have followed them in Los Angeles as it was raining too in the normally sunny city.

Heughan was also asked if he would cut his hair just like "Game of Thrones" star Kit Harington if his time on the Starz show is done. The actor said that he would love to do that and that it would "be nice to play it on the show somehow, somewhere."

The Q&A video is one of the recent offerings of the show to ease the suffering of fans who are experiencing "Droughtlander." But ahead of the Q&A, the series' official social media accounts announced that they have finally cast Jamie (Heughan) and Claire's (Balfe) daughter, Brianna.

On Jan. 28, it was announced that Sophie Skelton will be playing Brianna. In Diana Gabaldon's "Outlander" books, the character is described as being in her early twenties, has red hair, and is almost six feet tall. Brianna is also strong-minded and very intelligent, and has a knack for painting and inventing things. Skelton joins previously announced Richard Rankin, who will be playing Roger Wakefield.

"Outlander" season 2 premieres in April on Starz.
