When "Outlander" returns for its second season next month, the new episodes will highlight one "very tragic relationship," according to Catriona Balfe.

In an interview with TV Guide, Balfe, who plays Claire Fraser in the series, weighed in on her relationship with husband Frank. Reportedly, although Frank (Tobias Menzies) ultimately finds his wife again, Claire is not yet ready to adjust to her husband in the 20th century.

The industry follower quoted Balfe as saying, "[Now] the tragedy of that relationship -- which I think is so great to watch -- is Frank really loves her. People bash on Frank but you know, the poor guy, he got this woman back who he loves and she's pregnant with another man's child and she tells him that she'll never love him again. I think that's so tragic."

Balfe added that while Claire may still have some feelings for Frank, her child with Jamie is already a testament to their love. The actress stated, "When Claire and Jamie meet, that's a very equal love, and that is something bigger than both of them and it spans time and space and all these things. That's the true soul mate."

Meanwhile, prior to its April 9 premiere, some of the episode titles for "Outlander" season 2 are already out.

According to SpoilerTV, the season premiere is titled "Through a Glass, Darkly," while season 2 episode 2 will be "Not in Scotland Anymore." While synopses are not yet available, CarterMatt says that the titles themselves may be a hint at what's coming next for Claire and Jamie.

Episodes 3 to 6 are titled "Useful Occupations and Deceptions," which may be a teaser of the duo's upcoming travel to France and the Jacobite Rebellion; "La Dame Blanche," which is referenced heavily in the original "Dragonfly in Amber" book by Diana Gabaldon; "Untimely Resurrection;" and "Best Laid Schemes."
