Jamie (Sam Heughan) and Claire (Catriona Balfe) may be separated at the moment, but when they reunite in "Outlander" season 3, the love will be greater than ever, and the two will be all over each other.

Executive producer Ronald D. Moore teased on Twitter that there will be sexy scenes in the new season, unlike in the second season of the hit Starz time travel drama.

Moore did not mention the characters who will be in these sexy scenes, but seeing that majority of these featured Jamie and Claire, fans can count on the two's intense passion come "Outlander" season 3.

Of course, fans will have to wait a while before they get to these scenes. When fans check back in on the couple in the new season, they are still separated by a couple of decades in time.

As teased before, they won't reunite right away. Moore was asked on Twitter when it will happen, but he chose not to answer, which is understandable since it is a special moment that he would rather not spoil.

During the time when they are apart, Jamie and Claire will realize the kind of people they are outside of their relationship. This is particularly more evident to the former.

"He thinks that he's lost her, or at least that she's alive and well but in the future, so what is he living for? What sort of man is he now?" Heughan mused during an interview with Variety.

"She will eventually return, but they're both older, so what is Jamie, who is the man he's become," the actor continued as he wondered about his character's state in the next season of "Outlander."

As for the production of the upcoming season, Moore said that they are "off to a great start" and has just finished block one. The scenes involving the voyage itself will be filmed next year.

So far, it looks they got most of the Battle of Culloden scenes in, with the production going well, all in all. Speaking of the warfare, fans will learn the events prior and after the historic war in the next season of "Outlander."
