For months now, Blizzard has been teasing its elusive hero for its MMO game, "Overwatch." The developer has finally confirmed that the much-anticipated hero is already available for the hardcore fans. Blizzard has just patched a new update for the game, adding the elusive stealth-play characters. Sombra's stealth and hacking skills are highlighted in the patch notes, as Blizzard stated that as a support, Sombra "is a master manipulator who can hack her enemies, temporarily blocking their abilities. In addition, she can hack health packs and Torbjörn's turret, making them useless to her opponents."

However, the new fighter can also be used in direct offense gameplay, combining speed and stealth to her advantage. Sombra's bio continued, "She uses her fully automatic Machine Pistol to take out her enemies, getting into position using her Thermoptic Camo, which allows her to become invisible and move more quickly for short periods of time... She also has a Translocator, which can be tossed like a grenade. When it's activated, Sombra is teleported to its location (even while it's in flight)."

Meanwhile, aside from the new patch update, Blizzard also announced additional good news for hardcore fans. "Overwatch" is free to play from Nov. 18 to 21 for all platforms. This means that casual players and hardcore fans can check out all 22 heroes and 13 maps for the game for free on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. In addition, Blizzard also confirmed that the free-play weekend will be connected to the official "Overwatch" servers. Those who wanted to test the game before purchasing "Overwatch" will be able to save their progress in the free-to-play weekend.

The free-to-play weekend will be on a staggered release per region, though it is scheduled to start on Nov. 18, at 2 p.m. EST and will end on Nov. 21, at 7:00 p.m. EST.
