Paul Walker's daughter Meadow has reached a settlement with car manufacturer Porsche over the actor's untimely death in 2013.

The resolution between the two parties was finalized on Oct. 16. A settlement for an undisclosed amount was reached for the wrongful death lawsuit that Meadow filed against the company. Paul's father, Paul Walker III, also settled a separate lawsuit against Porsche.

Meadow's wrongful death lawsuit was filed against the German car maker in 2015. It alleged that Paul would still be alive if the company had included proper safety features in the car that he was riding in.

According to the court documents, Meadow's lawyers claimed that even though Porsche had known that the Carrera GT had a history of "instability and control issues," it "failed to install proper electronic stability control system" to protect against accidents.

They claimed that the car did not have the corrective system that was designed against swerving, which was inherent in hyper-sensitive cars like the Carrera GT.

It has been almost four years since Paul, who was 40 years old, died after the car he was riding in crashed and exploded in Santa Clarita, California, in November 2013. The incident also claimed the life of Roger Rodas, 38, who was driving the vehicle.

In 2015, Meadow was also awarded $10.1 million in a settlement with the estate of Rodas.

Paul always used his celebrity status and his own charity to help other people. Despite his untimely death, Meadow has made efforts to honor her late father's memory through the Paul Walker Foundation, which she started in 2015. The 18-year-old also started the "Do Good" challenge in social media on Sept. 12, Paul's birthday.

In the challenge, she tasks people to share a photo or video documenting their random acts of kindness and challenge four other people to do the same. Paul's former "Fast & Furious" co-stars Jordana Brewster and Vin Diesel have participated in the challenge.
