Japan's PlayStation blog revealed that the upcoming rhythm games "Persona 3: Dancing Moon Night" and "Persona 5: Dancing Star Night" will be PlayStation Virtual Reality (PSVR) compatible.

Japan's PlayStation blog revealed the news. However, there are no further details as to what it entails other than a postscript about the upcoming games supporting PSVR. GameSpot hoped that the upcoming games will allow players to stand at the top of Tartarus as they watch Mitsuru and Akihiko's dance-off, or be allowed to get down at Shibuya Crossing alongside Morgana and Makoto.

"Persona 3: Dancing Moon Night" is based on the 2006 "Persona 3." Its gameplay, on the other hand, will follow the sixth-step rhythm system of 2015 "Persona 4: Dancing All Night" — a chosen character will perform a song in a story location from "Persona 3." The main character, which players will have the chance to name, will be dancing on the roof of Gekkoukan High School; Yukari will be showcasing her moves at the Port Island Station and Mitsuru and Akihiko are both dancing their hearts out atop Tartarus. The upcoming game features three-dimension (3D) models of the characters as well as 25 songs, including remixes of "Time," "When The Moon Reaches For The Stars" and "Mass Destruction," from its predecessor.

"Persona 5: Dancing Star Night" is based on the 2015 "Persona 5."  Like "Dancing Moon Night," players will be following the gameplay of "Dancing All Night." The cast will be dancing at Shibuya Station, Shujin Academy and several other places in Tokyo. Moreover, Morgana will be showing off her moves at Kamoshida's palace while Futaba will be getting her grooves at the pyramid of her own palace. The upcoming game also features 3D character models and 26 songs, including "Wake Up, Get Up, Get Out There," "Life Will Change" and "Last Surprise" from "Persona 5."

"Persona 3: Dancing Moon Night" and "Persona 5: Dancing Star Night" are scheduled to release simultaneously on May 24 for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita in Japan. There is currently no news regarding the release dates of the two games in North America.
