New details that have recently come out about "Persona 5" indicate how the upcoming title could be different from its predecessors.

First off, it's been revealed in Famitsu magazine and as reported by Polygon, that the game's protagonists will no longer be facing a single sinister foe as in previous entries. This time around, players will be taking on a larger cast of foes, adding more complexity to the storyline.

The many enemies that players will encounter in "Persona 5" will reportedly be found in a place simply known as the Palace.

The heroes of "Persona 5" will also, apparently, be focused mainly on their goals of reclaiming stolen hearts and also getting their enemies to confess to the crimes they have committed.

Characters inside "Persona 5" will also be utilizing modern technology a lot as they will be using their smartphones to keep in touch as players make their way through the many sinister locations inside this new world.

More details have also been revealed about the characters in "Persona 5." In the game, Anne Takamaki will be joined by her persona, Carmen. Ryuji Sakamoto will have a persona named Captain Kidd. Morgana will enlist the services of a persona going by the name of Zoro, while the game's protagonist will have one he can call on named Arsène.

In related news, there appears to be a fifth character revealed for "Persona 5" in Yusuke Kitagawa, according to Gamespot. He will also be accompanied by his own persona, and he will be named Goemon.

Yusuke is expected to become an official part of the party in "Persona 5" a little later into the game.

Originally, "Persona 5" was scheduled to launch before the end of 2015, until issues and delays ultimately led to the game's release being pushed back to next year.

An exact release date for "Persona 5" has not been given.
