According to the latest Philadelphia 76ers trade rumors, Nerlens Noel is headed to the Cleveland Cavaliers in a three-way deal with the Boston Celtics.

As per reports, Cavs' Kevin Love is set to be traded off a new team after failing to work well with the rest of the squad, freeing the slot for Noel to come in.

Lucas Johnson of The Sixer Sense says that Love will then be moved to the Boston Celtics, who have made attempts in the past to acquire him. Jaylen Brown, Amir Johnson, and Terry Rozier will be the trade pieces for this.

The reporter believes that now is the right time for the Celtics to get Love, who might just be the last piece for Boston to form its very own "Big 3" with Isaiah Thomas and Al Horford.

The Cavs, on the other hand, will get Noel, who will without doubt increase their chances to give the so-called super team that is Golden State Warriors – their rivals in the recent NBA Championship – a run for their money.

Cleveland knows that they need an impeccable lineup to match the Dubs now that they have acquired Oklahoma City Thunder superstar Kevin Durant. Noel is the right man for the job.

The big man is locked and loaded on the defense side and can score efficiently as well so the Cavaliers can certainly rely on him on that front. Noel will definitely be an asset in helping the Cavaliers nab their second championship.

No matter how effective this trade possibility is, however, there's no official word yet on Cleveland's next move in the trade business.

Meanwhile, there are also reports that the Cavs are looking to instead trade off J.R. Smith for Noel. While he contributed to the team's success, the 30-year-old reportedly increased his asking price for next season, which his team does not want to give in to.
