Social media has offered its good and bad points in almost anything--something that the Phoenix Suns may need to get a grasp on. Team owner Robert Sarver is witness to the transition and on his end, his organization needs to adapt to the changes in order to weather the struggles they have been in.

Two names come into mind in the midst of this predicament – Markieff Morris and head coach Jeff Hornacek. A look at social media shows the two figures as popular (bad or good) in social media rants.

On the end of Morris, he has paid the price heavily. He has already amassed a total of $145,455 in fines (via ESPN) and has not really turned out to be the same player he used to be. His public demand for a trade back in the offseason was part of that tirade but so far, he hasn't proven to be something teams would be interested in.

His numbers have gone down from last season and to this day, the talk is on whether he would ever be traded or not. While he remains mum, his brother Marcus had spoken for him, which unsurprisingly revealed that the power forward still wants to be traded.

On the other side is Hornacek. He has been the subject of coaching change rumors despite the fact that the Suns have opted to stick it out with him. Instead, two of his assistants got the axe but such doesn't mean that his tenure as head coach is safe.

There are have been more issues made public which the Suns have to face. There was even that celebrated rift between Eric Bledsoe and Brandon Knight that never really prospered. Summing it up, Sarver knows that these days, one just has to keep up with the times.

And if the Suns want to weather their struggles, all that starts with organizational change to keep the organization's heads above water.
