Fans of the game have been complaining about the rise in cheaters and hackers and have taken to the internet to discuss the cheating problems they've encountered.

The developers posted a notice regarding the cheating on Steam, stating that they were sorry for the inconvenience and that they are currently "in the process of adopting new tools to detect and verify users with unusual gameplay patterns."

Aside from that, the team mentioned they would permanently ban those who were caught cheating, and that they would suspend all suspicious accounts until they can investigate further. The developers of "Player Unknown's Battlegrounds" want to make their game the best game they can make it, but they also noted that this wouldn't be possible to do overnight. They're trying and they need patience and understanding from their players as well.
