Also, some of the biggest PS4 exclusives were made available for the PSN Flash Sale. Players were able to grab the PS4 exclusive "Uncharted: The Lost Legacy" for just $20.

PS4 exclusives "Persona 5," "Nioh," and "Pyre" were made available for $30, $20, and $12 respectively. Games such as "The Witcher 3: Complete Edition," "Resident Evil 7: Biohazard," and "Rez Infinite," to name a few, were up for grabs for $25, $30, and $18, respectively.

The PS4 Flash Sale on PSN went live in the early hours of Friday, Dec. 8 and was available for PS Plus and PSN members as well. The sale ended on Saturday, Dec. 9, at 8 a.m. Pacific Time.

Speaking of the PS4, the console has sold over 70 million units, The Verge reports. This is only in four years after its release in 2013.

The PS4 is catching up fast to its predecessor, the PS3, which sold 80 million units since it was released in 2006. Microsoft, on the other hand, needs to up their marketing strategy for the Xbox One since they have sold only around 20 million units of the console.
