Although it is still too early for Sony to come out with the next batch of free games for its PlayStation Plus program, some observers are expecting that at least one triple-A title will be offered next month. Topping the list of possible games is the original "Watch Dogs."

According to VineReport, rumors of the original title being offered for free started last month, and supposedly, "Watch Dogs" will be a part of the May lineup. However, the current list of games does not include any triple-A title.

Rumor has it that next month's lineup will have triple-A titles and may even include "Watch Dogs." Just recently, Ubisoft confirmed that a "Watch Dogs 2" is in the works and it may come out in the near future. Having the original "Watch Dogs" as part of games libraries via the PS Plus program is a way to keep the interest in the franchise alive. This can be plausible, especially if the sequel continues the events where the first one left off. Players can learn how the story unfolded in the original "Watch Dogs."

Sony is also known to include triple-A titles on its PS Plus free games list. "Watch Dogs" came out almost two years ago for the consoles. In addition, making the title part of the June lineup will be an advantage over the competitor, as Microsoft also has its own Games with Gold program on the Xbox console. According to The Bitbag, this will certainly level the field, as the current titles on the PS Plus list are lacking when compared to the Xbox program. "Watch Dogs" was also released on the Xbox 360 and Xbox One, though the game has yet to be part of its free games feature.
