Tiffany Lee, more popularly known as the singer Plumb has just released her new album called Exhale, and the Christian artist is now sharing the thought process behind the creation of the album.

"Hey guys, just wanted to share a personal note about my new album Exhale, which comes out today," she wrote on her Facebook page. "The title comes from something my pastor said recently: 'We do not exist for us...we exist to share the grace and love so freely given to us all...we breathe it in, it changes us, it makes us new and then we share it – we exhale."

Plumb said that she breathed in a life-changing grace after God saved her from the lowest point of her life, and that was when her husband left her. She felt broken during that time, but God changed her and gave her hope.

"Then, He redeemed a dead marriage in a way only He could...through a miracle... and we remarried. I am SO THANKFUL for the redemption. SO THANKFUL for that change. SO THANKFUL for that grace," she gushed.

Plumb is so full of gratitude and appreciation that she made a new record as "one huge, gigantic love letter to the One who carried me during all of that."

The album Exhale represents the hope she felt during that moment of darkness, and Plumb hopes that it will be able to reach others who are in desperate need of it. She added that everybody needs to breathe in God's grace and then exhale it. "That is why we exist!" she said.

The title track off of her new album encourages people with the truth that "it's okay not to be okay" because God will take care of them, and people need not feel afraid or ashamed of their past because there is always hope.
