Being a leader in "Pokemon GO" is made a bigger deal in the new "Implemented Pokemon Appraisal" that comes in the latest update for the hit augmented reality game.

With this, the team leaders will now help players in evaluating their Pokemon and consulting them about the strength of the pocket monster.

The responses of the "Pokemon GO" team leaders are different from each other based on their characteristics. They are not the most specific either, but enough to help with the assessment.

For Team Instinct leader Spark (yellow), his optimistic personality will make his replies all too positive all the time while Team Mystic's Blanche (blue) will be more analytical in responding.

Candela of Team Valor (red) will most likely base her responses on the strength of a Pokemon. Either way, all three will be helpful to "Pokemon GO" trainers in selecting the Pokemon with the highest potential to win.

Players do not need to be in a gym to be able to ask their leaders. They can always count on Candela, Blanche or Spark to respond.

To get a "Pokemon appraisal," simply click on the Pokemon to be evaluated, tap the round button located on the lower right hand of the screen and click Appraise from the only two options there.

The "Pokemon GO" team leaders will then show up on the screen and players will simply have to tap the screen to continue the discussion with their leaders.

Overall, if the team leader says the stats of the Pokemon is "the best I've ever seen" or "excellent" or "exceed my calculations," the Pokemon in question has perfect IVs (individual bases) in at least one base stat.

If they say they are "blown away," "impressed" or describe the stats are "really strong," the "Pokemon GO" team leaders mean that the Pokemon has IVs of 13 or 14 in at least one base stat. The meaning of their replies can be checked here.
