A new Pokémon will reportedly being making its debut in the upcoming "Pokémon the movie: Hoopa and The Clash of Ages."

As of now, the new Pokémon, which would be the 722nd entry for the franchise, remains unnamed. Despite the new Pokémon not having an actual name as of yet, there are some descriptions of it. 

According to Nintendo Life, the new Pokémon has a bright green color. One of its eyes is also larger than other, and it was also described to be "blobbing" about when it was first seen, meaning the new Pokémon could possibly have no legs. The details remain sketchy however, and for now its only documented appearance, was with it briefly being observed in a trailer for "Pokémon the movie: Hoopa and The Clash of Ages." More details about the supposedly new Pokémon will likely be revealed when the movie itself comes out.

Aside from possibly debuting a new entry for the Pokédex, the new movie will also be serving to showcase the popular snake-type Pokémon Zygarde for the very first time outside of video games. Zygarde's role in the new movie remains unclear up to this point, but it could be cast one of the leading Pokémons in the film.

"Pokémon the movie: Hoopa and The Clash of Ages" is also expected to reveal more details about the franchise moving forward. 

In addition to the movie, a new Pokémon video game, which would be "Pokémon Z" is also said to be coming soon, according to iDigital Times. At this point however, no official release date has been given for "Pokémon Z." Rumors are also suggesting that any new video game set to come out very soon is likely to include the thus far unnamed Pokémon with bright green skin and the one big eye.

The English version of "Pokémon the movie: Hoopa and The Clash of Ages" is expected to be released some time in 2015. The Japanese version has already been released in Japan.
