The next episode of "Poldark" season 3 promises to be filled with more drama.

On the period drama's fourth episode, Dwight Enys, played by Luke Norris, remains to be holed up in the prison, which his co-inmates are calling hell on earth, when his friend Ross Poldark, played by Aidan Turner, fails to rescue him.

The synopsis for episode 4 of the third season will have the long-time friends on a collision for a reunion. Dwight will join Ross in his mission when Morwenna, played by Elisse Chappell, who realized that their blossoming love would only end in heartbreak, rejects his affection.

The teaser trailer for the next episode of the show reveals the destitute in a frenzy. Deprived of food to eat and a growing desperation to survive, the poor turn to stealing from the government which subsequently leading to their deaths.

In the same clip, the redcoats are shown to be shooting the famished citizens who were trying to run away with stolen grain. Other people die from being trampled over by those fleeing from the chaotic scene. Those who manage to survive but got apprehended will face trial in which the sentence is death.

Spoilers for the fifth episode preview Dwight being successfully saved from France's clutches but will pay the price with losing Captain Henshawe, played by John Hollingworth. Ross will tell Dwight that his friends have risked their lives and limbs to free him. Ross' presence in the penitentiary will bring back the doctor's good spirits.

The show's upcoming episode also promises that word will quickly spread about the jailbreak and soon other inmates will be on it too. Ross and his men will try to find a way out alongside the other inmates. The prison break will also be a way for Lord Falmouth's (James Wilby) nephew, Lieutenant Hugh Armitage (Josh Whitehouse), to get his freedom back after being locked up in the same hellhole of a prison.

"Poldark" season 3 airs every Sunday at 9 p.m. EDT on PBS.
