Every day is the start of a new day. While welcoming a new day, we must not forget the One who is responsible for giving us a brand new start again, our Lord Jesus Christ. In the morning, our positivity must be at its peak. Before you start your day, pray to God, be thankful and be hopeful. You can use these morning prayers below.

Thank You Morning Prayer

Dear Lord, thank you so much for another day of life on Earth. Thank you for another beautiful sunrise to enjoy. Thank you for the wonderful sounds of nature, from the cool breeze brushing through the trees to the birds singing melodies. You are a wonderful God, full of grace and mercy. I praise you for allowing me another day to spend with my family. I love you Father! Amen. - Anon

First and foremost, let's not forget to thank the Lord for yet another day, for yet another opportunity to live. The Lord gave us life and the chance to live, to be with our loved ones, and to live a happy life here on Earth. Thank Him for the beautiful sun and the trees. Strength Prayer

Dear Lord, I don't know who or what will cross my path today. But I do know that You are my Rock and my Fortress. You are my Shield and my Strong Tower. Help me to anchor myself to You today. Teach me how to stand strong in You and choose only Your way today. Help me walk by Your truth and not my feelings. If you're going through something, ask God for strength the moment you wake up. If you have an important presentation that day or will have to make a tough decision, ask God to be with you early on. Not only will this give you confidence, you'll feel better knowing that God is by your side.

Guidance Prayer

Lord, I pray you would move the Spirit more boldly in my life. I know that any sin can grieve and diminish the voice of the Spirit, and I pray against the temptation to sin. Help me crave your presence more than I crave sin. Help me grow in the fruit of the Spirit and so walk closer with Yourself. There's no shame in asking for the Lord's help every morning. Why, it is actually the best time of the day to seek Christ. God always wants to guide us to righteousness. The Bible is our helper in doing that. Know that He loves you and only wants what's best for you. Pray for guidance if you think you need it that day.

Family Prayer

Dear Gracious Father, I praise You for my family. Thank you for my spouse. Even in his/her weaknesses, I love him/her unconditionally. Thank you for my children. Every time I hear the pitter-patter of their feet across the house I smile. Joy overwhelms me Father! Be with my family today as they go their separate ways. I love seeing the sunrise. For me, it means the start of a new day ad it reminds me that I'm blessed to be able to see it again. Morning is a great time to do your daily devotions and prayers. God will inspire you and empower you to be ready for whatever lies ahead.
