Prince George doll price, photos; Doll already sold out? Where to buy, availability

The Royal Baby has melted hearts around the world and now a toy manufacturer has created a life-size doll of Prince George for all those out there who just can't get enough.

Although the doll is marketed for kids, there will no doubt be some grown up royal family fans hunting it out too.

The doll has been created by German company Zapf Creation as part of its Baby Annabell Brother range.

It is called Baby George and comes dressed in a white romper with a Union Jack flag on the front, although the company maintains that it is not actually a Prince George doll but just a tribute.

The Mirror speculates this is because of strict copyright laws to prevent companies cashing in on the birth of Prince George.

"This isn't specifically 'Royal Baby George' doll, rather an addition to the Baby Annabell Brother range, named George," said a Zapf spokesman, according to The Mirror.

"This is a reflection of George no doubt becoming a popular boy's name."

The release comes just ahead of the big Christmas shopping season and has a recommended retail price tag of £47.99.

The doll has a slightly eerie stare but it cries real tears and has sound effects, which will no doubt be a hit with kids.

It has a limited run of only 5,000 in the UK and was already sold out on toy retailer The Entertainer's website.

It was still in stock on Smythstoys.com website.
