The fight for the truth heats up in the upcoming third episode of FOX's "Prison Break" season 5.

Titled "The Liar," next week's episode will see Michael (Wentworth Miller) figure out what his future will hold. According to the official synopsis, T-Bag (Robert Knepper) confronts Sara (Sarah Wayne Callies) and tells her that she should always watch her back. Two of Poseidon's henchmen, Van Gogh (Steve Mouzakis) and A&W (Marina Benedict), may be tracking her down without her even knowing it.

T-Bag seems to have his own plan to keep Sara safe now that she knows more about Michael's situation. Sara previously received Michael's message to get everyone to a safehouse because a "storm is coming." Lincoln (Dominic Purcell) tries to get his confiscated passport to flee Yemen, while Michael starts to plot his next move.

Fox has released a new sneak peek for the episode and gives fans a glimpse of Michael's plan. In addition, the video briefly teases the extreme amount of danger that comes with it. As the lights go out, Michael is forced to use his other senses and operate in the shadows. The promo clip suggests this could be an episode that looks more like the earlier version of "Prison Break" compared to the previous two.

The "Prison Break" revival season only has nine episodes, leading many fans to wonder if there will be more installments in the future. Purcell recently caught up with Collider and he shared his thoughts about a possible follow-up to season 5. According to the actor, he is willing to do another season of the famed action drama under one condition. "We're open to the idea of the possibility of a Season 6, only if it's honoring the legend of Prison Break, which is very hard to do," Purcell said.

The fifth season of "Prison Break" airs every Tuesday night at 9 p.m. EDT on FOX.
