Many gamers are eagerly awaiting what free PlayStation Plus games will be announced for April but it seems that they may have wait a week more to find out what games will be made available.

The free games were supposed to be made official last Thursday but many speculated that Sony may have purposely delayed the announcement to find out what games Xbox Games will be offering in April as well.

This delay is seen as a strategy of sorts to make sure that Sony is able to keep in step and offer same quality games compared to what Microsoft will be offering. And while many have high hopes that Sony would offer bigger titles such as Diablo III or GTA V among others, it doesn't seem likely to happen at this point.

Despite that added wait, it has been reportedly confirmed that among the games that may be made available is Woah Dave! The game is something credited to Gaijin Games and involved killing aliens while trying to get the best score possible.

This will be the second time this year that Woah Dave! would be offered as a freebie, having been a free PS Plus title in Vita last January. However it remains to be seen if Woah Dave! will actually be packaged with other free games or something re-inserted into the PS Plus Free games for April.

Aside from Woah Dave!, Dishonored is said to be another free game that could be in the PS Plus Free Games lineup. However Dishonored is said to be a game that will be offered at least only in Europe.

An official announcement on the Playstation PS Plus free games is expected to be made this April 7 for North America and April 8 in Europe. Aside from Dishonored and Woah Dave!, here is hoping that the rest of the lineup will be something to look forward to.
