As if NeNe Leakes' problems with her co-stars in "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" are not enough, she might have to face a new legal battle soon. 

According to reports, the reality show star is having troubles with Tees in the Trap owner/designer Arsha Jones because of a T-shirt design. Jones accused Leakes of stealing her T-shirt design with a slogan that says "Girl, Bye," which she wore in one of the episodes of "RHOA." 

In an interview with Radar Online, the Tees in the Trap designer said, "I created the t-shirt that read 'Girl, Bye' and started selling it on my website in April 2014. Nene actually wore it on November 17, 2014, and there were photographs and I was so excited." 

Jones also said that she was confident that seeing her shirt on Leakes could mean that her sales will increase. However, the reality show star came out with her own version of the shirt and sold it in her website. 

When Jones initially informed the website administrator that she owns the design, it was immediately removed from the list of products that they offer. However, Leakes' camp reversed the decision and decided to come after Jones' instead. 

Washington Post reported that Leakes' legal camp sent a cease-and-desist order to the Tees in the Trap owner to stop selling her shirt with the same design since it was the Bravo celebrity who popularized that phrase in her show for more than two years. 

"The 'Girl Bye' phrase is widely associated with Miss Leakes due to Ms. Leakes' fame and high level of exposure in the public limelight. In fact the public commonly refers to the 'Girl Bye' phrase as a 'Neneism'," the letter said. 

However, the Annapolis entrepreneur said that she will not allow Leakes to bully her, saying that she will continue selling the shirt designs despite Leakes' threats. 

"This is my livelihood. NeNe is unnecessarily stealing from me," Jones said during her interview with Radar Online. 

"The Real Housewives of Atlanta" star still has to comment on Jones' allegations.
