Phaedra Parks of "The "Real Housewives of Atlanta" has not filed for divorce from Apollo Nida, but it appears that things are over between the two as a new report claims that she has yet to take their two sons to visit their father in prison.

According to a source from Radar Online, Parks and the couple's sons Ayden, 5, and Dylan, 2, have not visited Nida in Kentucky where he is serving his 8-year prison sentence for fraud. It has been almost a year since he turned himself in.

In season 7 of the Bravo show, the drama between the couple played out for all the world to see as it was revealed that Nida was going to prison. On the show, Nida also accused Parks of having an affair — which Parks denied — and it was also shown how he became very angry when his wife didn't want him to enter their home.

Parks reportedly expressed her fears of bringing their children to visit Nida in prison, saying that it's not a very safe environment for them. For his part, Nida also had a hard time explaining to their kids why he had to go away.

In April, Parks received some backlash from fans when she said that she didn't have any plans of bringing their kids to visit Nida. Speaking to OK magazine, she said that she was just focusing on her sons' wellbeing, and while it's easy for people to question her decisions, "unless you are in that situation yourself, you really can't make that judgment."

Speaking to Rolling Out magazine earlier this month, Parks said that in season 7 of "RHOA," people saw how her whole life changed when Nida was sentenced to prison.

"In this past year, people have seen how I've dealt with my husband being incarcerated, and I have become a single mom in front of the whole world," she told the magazine.

Parks is expected to return for the eighth season of "The Real Housewives of Atlanta."
