"The Real Housewives of Atlanta" is set to premiere its eighth season this year, and while the first episode has yet to air, there are rumors that there has been a lot of drama on and off camera. According to a new report, two of the ladies had a confrontation that turned into a physical altercation during filming. 

A source told People magazine that things became heated between Porsha Williams and Cynthia Bailey while filming an episode for the new season, which allegedly ended with Cynthia kicking Porsha in the stomach. 

"Words were going back and forth," said the source. "From what I hear, Cynthia snapped and kicked Porsha in the stomach while wearing high heels." 

Following the incident, Porsha was allegedly treated in the emergency room, and the insider said that the ladies decided not to involve the police. The source said that while both weren't proud of their actions, they have decided not to press charges and are eager to move on. 

Another source from TMZ gave more details about the incident, saying that it took place while they were filming on a boat in Atlanta. The website's insider said that the two women began arguing about something trivial when Porsha called Cynthia a name. The latter reportedly tried to walk away, but the former allegedly followed her and when it got too much for the former model, she reportedly kicked Porsha in the stomach. Producers reportedly stopped Porsha from retaliating and were able to restrain her. TMZ claims that Bravo cameras were rolling during the fight and it's possible that it can be seen in its entirety when the show returns for season 8. 

Bravo has yet to confirm the official cast for the new season, but apart from Cynthia and Porsha, it was earlier reported that Kenya Moore, Phaedra Parks, and Kandi Burruss will be back, and that they will be joined by new cast members Amiyah Scott and Kim Fields.
