'Real Housewives of Atlanta' season 7: Cynthia Bailey and NeNe Leakes are now friends

'Real Housewives of Atlanta' Season 7

Six episodes since the premiere of season 7 of "Real Housewives of Atlanta," the show still does not disappoint. In fact, it may have aired one of its best episodes yet.

On the Dec. 14 episode, tons of things happened and these things were very good for the girls. For one, once-sworn enemies Cynthia Bailey and NeNe Leakes made peace with each other. The two have reconciled and put aside their differences.

Fans will recall that in the 5th episode, the confrontation between the two turned into an epic verbal battle. That time, NeNe felt really shocked that Cynthia was ready to break their friendship over people that couldn't care less about both of them.

The problem between the two friends started when NeNe called Cynthia's husband Peter Thomas a foul name. Cynthia got furious about it.  When she realized her mistake, NeNe cried a bucket load of tears and told her friend that she would fix the problem as long as their friendship remains intact.

Cynthia also had to rethink if she wanted to continue the friendship with NeNe. According to US Magazine, Cynthia wanted to "continue to be friends and support each other." With the two hoping for the same thing, a reunion was sure to happen. The two hugged and they said goodbye to whatever ill feelings they had for one another.

Cynthia remains optimistic about their friendship, and NeNe believes that she won't make the same mistake twice.

Meanwhile, there's a housewife getting her groove back. After the misery that Apollo Nida's sentencing brought to her life, she is now getting back on track and back in business. Phaedra Parks will now be handling a case for Derek J.

With all the confidence in the world, Parks says, "I don't lose nothing but weight."
