'Real Housewives of Atlanta' season 7 will be a season of redemption for Kenya Moore

Kenya Moore was under fire when she was caught texting and flirting with the husband of another Atlanta housewife, Phaedra Parks. Apollo Nida and Moore exchanged text messages and fans of the show started to dislike the former beauty queen because of it. Many asked, what is she doing with a married man?

Although Moore has always denied trying to steal Parks' man, it looks like her reputation is already tainted. But in the new season of "Real Housewives of Atlanta," Moore said that it could be a season of redemption for her.

According to Reality Tea, Moore said, "A lot of things will come to light that I feel will be redemptive for me. I'm just excited for people to not question the lies that were told by many people on the show, and now we'll all get to see what the real truth is."

Was she talking about that scandal with Nida?

Moore went on to explain that she doesn't have any intention of going after Nida.  She said she's never been interested in anyone else's man, which actually makes her an ideal companion when a boyfriend or a husband is around.

"I'm a real girl's girl. I love to support other women. I love beautiful women. I love confident women," Moore said. "I'd see sometimes, early on, that I was being called a 'mean girl.' I think it's very clear that I don't start trouble, trouble tries to find me and I sort of end arguments."

So, what about her relationship with the girls now? Moore said that she is in a peaceful place with the housewives. She said that she is cordial with all of them and some of them are actually her friends even off cam.

Does this mean that the feud between Parks and Moore is over? Everyone would be shocked if it was over just like that. Then again, Moore didn't mention anything of that sort either.

Nevertheless, she has one promise she intends to keep for "RHOA" season 7, saying, "This season is going to be a great season for me; it's the season of redemption."
