The year did not end well for "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Porsha Williams, after she had another brush with the law on Monday for overspeeding and driving with a suspended license.

Williams was flagged down by the Las Vegas police after she allegedly drove 78 miles per hour in a 55 miles per hour area. The police then found out that the "Dish Nation" host is also driving with a suspended license. The reality show star was booked and momentarily detained in jail, but she later on posted bail for a reported $1,726 bond.

After her release, the 33-year-old celebrity talked about the arrest in her radio show to explain her side.

"I was headed to visit my grandfather who is very ill with cancer in the hospital, and I was pulled over. I was wrong for speeding absolutely and apologize for putting anyone at risk. I tried to explain the situation to the officer and show him that all my paperwork was in order, but he refused," the "RHOA" star stated.

Then, Williams admitted that she does not enjoy breaking the law.

"Handcuffs are not comfortable or a good look for anyone. I was released, I have my license, my car, and my freedom," she said.

This is not the first time that Williams was arrested this year. Back in March, Williams was issued a warrant of arrest because of the misdemeanor charges that was filed by her "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" co-star Kenya Moore. She turned herself in to the Atlanta police station where her mugshot was taken. Williams later on posted a $2,000 bail for her release.

In the most recent episode of the show aired Dec. 28, another "RHOA" co-star NeNe Leakes invited her for a girls' night out, together with Moore and Cynthia Bailey. That event paved the way for Williams and Moore to patch things up.
