The housewives from Beverly Hills are now officially back on TV with their premiere episode on Tuesday and from the looks of it, things are not going great for Yolanda Foster.

In this new season of "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills," Foster's disease is said to be one of the things that the other housewives will talk about most. During the premiere episode, the 51-year-old TV personality revealed how hard life is since she was diagnosed with Lyme disease.

Foster revealed that she hadn't been behind the wheel for three years. She even made an appearance at a dinner party without make-up on her face — a move which she had been criticized for.

"She's got nothing on her face at all. Not even a little bit of under eye cover-up or anything. Maybe you could just take ten seconds to do that," housewife Lisa Vanderpump revealed in a confessional, as reported by E! Online.

It seems that Foster's issue with her Lyme disease diagnosis will continue in most of the episodes, as shown in season 6's trailer and hinted by the synopsis for the next episode titled "Tuscany!"

The trailer revealed how Foster went through different therapies for her condition. She was even heard saying "I don't even remember what it's like to be normal" and "I'm willing to do anything."

As for the upcoming episode, TV Guide reports that Foster will take "drastic steps" to work around her health issues. Eileen Davidson and Lisa Rinna will also be shocked to know about her condition.

Meanwhile, "Tuscany!" will also feature Kyle Richards and Vanderpump in Italy having a great time as girlfriends, but their enjoyment will be cut short when "family problems" emerge.

What those family problems are remains to be seen but speculations point to Richards' niece, Nicky Hilton. Based on the trailer, Richards was told that she shouldn't be present at her niece's wedding.

"The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" will return to Bravo on Tuesday, Dec. 8, at 9 p.m. EST.
