"The Real Housewives of New Jersey" star Teresa Giudice is currently behind bars in Danbury, Connecticut serving her 15-month prison sentence for fraud, and it seems that the reality star is starting to settle what she owes. According to the Huffington Post, court papers that were filed on Friday, June 5, signed by Giudice, detailing an agreement for the federal government to take a large portion of her earnings and to seize a luxury vehicle in order to satisfy a six-figure judgement tied to her conviction. 

NJ.com reported that the paperwork stipulates that Giudice must pay 25 percent of her Bravo salary and give the federal government her 2005 Maserati to satisfy the judgment against the reality star and her husband Joe worth $415,589. The government will also get half the rent from a home in Lincoln Park and the furnishings of the couple's home in Montville, according to consent orders filed by the U.S. Attorney's office. 

Back in December, it was reported that the federal government raided the Giudice's home two weeks before the reality star started serving her prison sentence. At the time, Radar Online claimed that federal agents and county sheriff's deputies raided the Giudices' home and allegedly took cash and jewelry because the couple failed to set up a plan for restitution payments. 

However, Matt Reilly, spokesman for the U.S. Attorney's Office in the District of New Jersey told The Huffington Post that no such seizure was ordered. A representative for the Giudices denied the claims as well and told the Daily Mail at the time that the report was fabricated.
