This week on "The Real Housewives of New York," the women argued over Ramona Singer's book title, Ramona offended Carole Radziwill and Bethenny Thomson, and Dorinda Medley lost it when the ladies discussed whether it's appropriate to curse.

At Turks and Caicos, Bethenny took pains to prepare a home-cooked meal for everybody when Ramona suggested that they should all go out to eat. The two started to argue and accuse each other of being manic. Eventually, they all decided to stay in for lunch.

While they were having their meal, Ramona asked the other ladies for input about what her book title should be. She said that it's going to be about her childhood and her failed marriage, and Ramona said she's thinking about "Life on the Ramona Coaster" or "From Hell to Happiness," and the Housewives quickly rejected them. Bethenny suggested "Work in Progress," and Ramona seemed to like it. However, Heather Thomson didn't seem to like this one bit and told Bethenny that she was being a "know-it-all."

"Maybe I know it all. So, if you would like to know any of it all, come to me and I'll tell you," the Skinnygirl mogul fired back.

Later at a bar, Ramona asked the waiter if the owner of the bar, John, is single. When the waiter confirmed that he is, Ramona immediately went to find him, only to find John talking to Carole and Bethenny who he has mutual friends with. But their presence didn't deter Ramona, and she blocked Carole and Bethenny so she could have John's full attention.

The next day, the ladies confronted Ramona about her behavior and Kristen Taekman told her that she was very rude for shutting everyone out.

Carole told the camera, "[Ramona] has no man game and no girlfriend code. She's still back in the 80's when it was the age of greed and everyone did what they wanted."

When they all sat down to lunch, Carole told Ramona that she was rude and obnoxious to all of them the night before so she should just own up. Carole pointed out that she and Bethenny were talking to John and Ramona acted like she didn't even know them. Ramona snapped back at Carole and told her she's sorry — wasn't she dating a 28-year old?

At dinner, the ladies discussed whether it's okay to curse. Heather thought it was fine, but Ramona, LuAnn de Lesseps, and Dorinda didn't think it was okay. Heather told them that they all curse, and the discussion turned to whether it's alright for their children to do the same.

At this point, Dorinda lost it and shouted that when you go into a room and want to be a part of a certain society, you can't just be cursing at anyone or anything.

"I won't be humiliated by anyone!" Dorinda shouted. "Don't humiliate me!"

"The Real Housewives of New York" airs Tuesdays at 9 p.m. on Bravo.
