This week on "The Real Housewives of New York," Carole Radziwill, Heather Thomson and Dorinda Medley visited a Turkish coffee reader, and Carole and Dorinda bonded over the grief that they experienced when they lost their husbands. 

Carole visited Bethenny Frankel at her new place and saw that she had already painted the walls "Skinnygirl red." They talked about what happened in Turks and Caicos, and Carole told her about LuAnn de Lesseps' accusing her and Heather of being "uncool." Bethenny said that she kind of sees LuAnn's point especially after what happened with the St. Barts pirate from two seasons ago, and she added that when it comes to this issue, she's not going to take sides. 

Later, Carole decided to visit a psychic who connects to the spiritual world using Turkish coffee grounds. She invited Heather and Dorinda to come with her, and upon meeting the medium, they each took a drink of coffee and swirled the remaining liquid in their cups before handing over their cups. 

The medium told Carole that somebody from the past is coming back to apologize. 

"He's like a husband who passed away," said the clairvoyant to Carole, whose husband, Anthony, died of cancer in 1999. The medium asked if anyone drives a black Jeep, and Carole said that her late husband drove one. Carole said that she and Anthony had a fight when she accidentally scratched his Jeep. 

Carole was in tears as she said, "I've never written about it," referring to her best-selling memoir. She said that what the medium told her was the most specific information that any psychic has ever told her. 

The medium told Heather that she was seeing her holding a child, that an operation is coming up, and everything is going to be fine. Heather got teary-eyed because her son, Jax, was about to undergo an operation to reconstruct his eardrums, and she said that they're both very nervous about the surgery. 

The psychic told Dorinda that she saw a balloon, and this surprised Dorinda because she did see a red balloon rise up from the floor and float around her house right after her husband, Richard, died. 

"I always thought it was him saying hi," said Dorinda. 

Carole was set to retrieve Anthony's ashes in London, and she was making the trip with Dorinda, who hasn't returned to London since her own husband died. At the airport, the two reminisced about happy moments with their late husbands, and they broke into tears when they talked about losing them. 

"Anthony died three weeks after [his cousin] John F. Kennedy Jr. and my friend Carolyn Bessette died," Carole said. "The summer of '99 was not a good time for me."
