The original housewives return with more drama when "The Real Housewives of Orange County" premieres its 11th season in June.

Bravo just released the trailer for the upcoming season, which showcases a lot of tears, another nasty catfight, an introduction of a new cast member and a scary dune buggy accident.

One of the clips in the trailer shows Vicki Gunvalson leaving a heartfelt message for her on-again off-again boyfriend Brooks Ayers, saying that she believes in him and loves him. This shocks her co-star Tamra Judge, who cannot believe that her friend still decided to stick with Ayers after he confessed about his fake cancer diagnosis in season 10.

Another relationship appears to be on the rocks, based on the clip showing Heather Dubrow crying as she and her plastic surgeon husband Terry Dubrow engage in a heated argument. According to Heather, Terry has a tendency to say yes to everyone but not to their family.

The ladies will also be seen having a grand time during their trip to Ireland, but they cannot say the same when they toured a cattle farm.

But the most nerve-wracking part of the trailer shows the ugly sand dune accident involving Tamra and Vicki.

The co-stars were supposed to have a grand time riding the sand dune while filming for the show in a desert in Glamis, California. But their supposedly fun activity turned into a scary one.

A source close to Vicki revealed the story on ET, as reported by 9News, saying that Tamra was the one on the driver's seat of the sand buggy.

"Vicki was in the back seat with [new castmate] Kelly Meza-Dodd. Tamra was driving at about 65-70 MPH and must have hit something. They flipped five or six times...Vicki is home now, and is incredibly sore and has severe whiplash," the source stated.

Tamra also admitted that she was deeply affected by the accident.

"The accident that we had in Glamis set me back a little bit. I have some lower disc issues and they kind of flared up when I was in the accident," the reality star told E! News. "I hit my head and I had a little bit of a concussion and I have recovered. I feel strong and I feel like I'm ready to do this."

The premiere episode of "The Real Housewives of Orange County" season 11 airs on Monday, June 20, on Bravo.
