Real Madrid and Juventus will fight it out on Wednesday night in a massive Champions League game, with both teams looking to book their spot in the Champions League final.

Today's Champions League semi-final second leg between Real Madrid and Juventus will start at 7.45 p.m. BST (2.45 p.m. ET) and can be watched online through live stream via the link provided below.

Real will need to be at their best tonight if they are to keep their dreams alive of successfully defending their Champions League title. They are trailing 1-2 from the first leg in Italy so they will have to win this tie to stand any chance of going through.

A 1-0 win to Real would see them progress on the away goals rule, where as a 2-1 win would see the game go into extra time and a possible penalty shoot out. Any higher-scoring one goal victory for Real would see the Spanish giants go out on the away goals rule. Where as a win or draw for Juventus would see the Italian champs progress to the final.

Real boss Carlo Ancelotti is in confident mood and believes that if his team can maintain their current form - which saw them draw 2-2 with Valencia at the weekend - then they will have enough by the end of the night to advance to the final. Ancelotti said, "We feel good and if we play like this on Wednesday then everything will go well."

At the weekend, Real only managed to get a draw against Valencia, which badly damaged their chances in La Liga, however, they were hugely unlucky, hitting the woodwork three times, as well as Cristiano Ronaldo missing a penalty. That left them four points behind rivals Barcelona with just two games of the season to go.

With their chances of winning La Liga all but spent, Real know how important it will be for their fans that they progress to the Champions League final. One big advantage for Real in this second leg will be their home fans.

Defender Dani Carvajal has said, "Our reputation is on the line against Juve and the crowd will be spectacular and will be our 12th man. We put in a shift for the full 90 minutes against Valencia.

"We ran, fought, and if you don't put it in, it ends up taking its toll, but on Wednesday we're going to go all out. The crowd got behind us and didn't give in at any point."

Meanwhile, Juventus are competing in their first Champions League semi-final since 2003, and they will be leaving everything out on the pitch today in the hopes that they can get the result needed to get them through to the final.
