Avid "Resident Evil" fans will be given a special treat as GameStop releases an exclusive collector's edition for "Resident Evil 7: Biohazard."

For $179.99, the game retailer will release a special Collector's Edition that contains several unique items.

One of the inclusions of the upcoming "Resident Evil 7: Biohazard" Collector's Edition is the eight-inch Baker mansion replica that works as a music box. It reportedly plays a sample of the game's theme song titled "Go Tell Aunt Rhody" with accompanying LED effects.

Digital Trends claimed that the replica mansion comes with highly intricate details, including the moss growing on the roof, as well as the dirt and grime that wrap the pillars seen on the house's front porch. There are also several rusted bars seen on the mansion's highest floor that created a small hole which is believed to be an escape route.

The collection will also include a dummy finger which actually works as a 4 GB USB flash drive that can be seen inside a VHS tape box.

Other items that can be found within the the "Resident Evil 7: Biohazard" Collector's Edition include a metal case that houses the main game, a lithograph that features the Baker family, as well as a creepy note written by one of the residents of the Baker mansion that says "I shall dash you against the stones."

The special "Resident Evil 7: Biohazard" Collector's Edition will be released by GameStop in partnership with Project Triforce, the same company who also came up with the box sets for "Mass Effect," "Battlefield," and "Halo."

Aside from the Collector's Edition, those who will pre-order the "Resident Evil 7: Biohazard" standard edition will get the Survival Pack that comes with in-game herbs, first air med kit, strong first aid med kit, as well as a lucky coin.

The game is scheduled for release for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on Jan. 24, 2017.
