It is almost time for one of the scariest video games ever to hit consoles early next year, and Capcom's "Resident Evil 7: Biohazard" is scaring fans in a good way with a recently revealed collector's edition.

Exclusively available at GameStop, the eerily frightening collector's edition is priced at roughly around $180. This includes premium packaging, an exclusive metal case for the game, a seemingly worn-out VHS tape box, an eight-inch replica of the Louisiana plantation mansion that turns into a music box, an exclusive lithograph of the Baker family, a 4GB USB drive fashioned as a severed finger, and a "creepy note."

According to Digital Trends, the creepy note says, "I shall dash you against the stones," which sounds pretty foreboding and evil. Some Redditors, however, think it may be more than just a literal threat; rather, it can be a clue to something else. Some also say it might just be a biblical reference used in a frightful way to look cool.

The main attraction would be the mansion replica that becomes a music box. It is said to play the game's version of "Go Tell Aunt Rhody," referencing the trailer where the player walks toward a frail, humming lady who suddenly stops and gives a cold stare.

Capcom has high hopes for the upcoming horror-survival game, so much so that they predicted to sell around 4 million copies of the game as per a recent earnings report. With the success of its previously-held Halloween party, coupled with beta testing for the game, it may be possible.

"Resident Evil 7: Biohazard's" appeal lies in the actual gameplay. It gives a hair-raising sensation to the player as if he is never alone while inside the creepy mansion. A myriad of puzzles with limited items needed for survival increases the risk, which puts the gamer in a place of utter vulnerability.

"Resident Evil 7: Biohazard" scares its way onto PS4, Xbox One, and PC platforms on Jan. 24, 2017.
