"Resident Evil 7" fans will be glad to know that its Gold Edition, with two new downloadable content (DLC) packs, is now available. The two DLCs are apparently going to finally wrap up the main game, which left fans quite hanging.

The "Not a Hero" DLC does not exactly spin away from the main storyline to find answers for it. In fact, it starts after the end of the main campaign. Players actually get to play Chris Redfield, the series' long-time protagonist. As Redfield, players will have to look for Lucas Baker; fans will remember him from the main game as well.

During Redfield's journey, he will face with entirely different enemies along the way. He even finds other BSAA agents who were also sent to look for Baker, but they all became prisoners, possibly of Baker himself. After all, he did imprison one of the kids in his school even before the infection.

On the other hand, "End of Zoe" is the DLC that springs out of the main storyline. Players get to control Joe, a woodsman, who, as the DLC already implies, meets Zoe Baker and his possible death. "End of Zoe" will feature new swamp areas and, of course, enemies along the way.

"Not a Hero" is for free for everyone with the game. However, "End of Zoe," which possibly is the DLC that answers most of the questions, costs $15 as a standalone. Fortunately, those with a season pass can get "End of Zoe" for free. For those without the game yet, they can purchase the Gold Edition of the game that includes these two new DLCs and the previous one as well, "Banned" footage Volumes 1 and 2. The Gold Edition costs $50 while the season pass is at $30.
