Some fans are excited about the third season of the hit cartoon series "Rick and Morty," and as such demand more information about the show's upcoming storyline. Recently, it was revealed by Justin Roiland and Dan Harmon that the new season will be set in Hawaii.

According to News Everyday, Harmon said that he was truly honored to have witnessed the ascension of the "Rick and Morty" show to the "exclusive club of shows," while Roiland is pretty much awestruck by the unprecedented success of the show. After this, Harmon interjected and gave a teaser for the fans, saying that it is high time for the characters to venture into Hawaii. With this, fans can only assume that the third season of the show will take place, for the most part, in Hawaii.

Furthermore, Game N Guide reports that the "Fast and Furious" actor Vin Diesel will join the show in the third season, and he will voice the character of D&D in the show. The rumors started when Harmon was seen talking to Diesel in the recently concluded San Diego Comic-Con event, and it was assumed that he was asking the actor if he could provide the voice for a pivotal character in the series.

Meanwhile, more rumors are saying that the third season of the "Rick and Morty" show will feature a more dramatic plotline involving Beth and Jerry. The rumor is that the two will soon be divorced due to the fact that their marriage is already going downhill, especially with Beth already sick and tired of Jerry's attitude.

Lastly, the third season will feature Rick's retaliation against a gang of rats with the assistance of a zombie-brained rat. With this, the "Rick and Morty" show will feature 15 episodes, which is unlike the previous seasons that only had 11 episodes. Regardless, a confirmed air date is yet to be announced.
