Rick Ross was recently hospitalized after being found unresponsive in his home.

According to a police report obtained by PEOPLE magazine, an individual at Ross' Miami mansion called 911 at 3:34 a.m.a to ask for emergency medical support. Ross was reportedly found "unresponsive," "breathing heavy" and "slobbing out the mouth."

When he became conscious again, authorities said he was "combative" with the medical staff. The encounter led to cops being called to the scene. PEOPLE asked Ross' ex and the mother of his child for a statement, to which she replied, "Pray for him."

The media outlet reached out to Ross' rep but they have yet to issue a statement on the artist's condition. Rapper Fat Trel, on the other hand, took to Instagram Saturday and slammed rumors about Ross being on life support.

"JUS TALKED 2 MY BIG HOMIE... HE GOOD... HE IN DA HOSPITAL BUT HE IS NOT ON 'LIFE SUPPORT' ... HE GOOD," he wrote.

Digital media marketing strategist Karen Civil also echoed Trel's statement and claimed Ross was "never on life support." As Page Six points out, the musician was getting treatment in a cardiac unit at a Miami area hospital.

This is not the first time Ross had a major health scare. Back in 2011, the "Purple Lamborghini" hitmaker was rushed to the hospital after having two seizures on two separate flights. Ross previously said the seizures were caused by his lack of sleep and has since changed his diet and lifestyle.

Messages of concern and support for Ross continue to pour in as his friends and fans wait for a new update about his health. "Prayers up for my guy," rapper Snoop Dogg  recently wrote on Twitter. "Hope you pull thru my brotha."

Other musicians who expressed their well wishes for Ross on social media include LL Cool J, Missy Elliott, Diddy, Fat Joe and G-Eazy.
