When the reboot title "Rise of the Tomb Raider" was announced to be in development, there were already rumors that the title will only be coming to Xbox consoles. With Microsoft's recent decision of exclusivity rights to some upcoming titles, it seems that hardcore fans who are anticipating the next installment in the franchise will either have to convert to Xbox, or at least add one to their systems.

However, it seems that instead of being mutually limited to the Xbox One and Xbox 360, the title will be a timed exclusive, and those who are into PlayStation 4 and PC will only have to wait a little bit longer to get their hands on "Rise of the Tomb Raider."

Publisher Square Enix has confirmed that the upcoming title will be rolled out first for the Xbox One and Xbox 360 on Nov. 10, while the PlayStation 4 and PC versions of the platformer and exploration RPG will be rolled out next year.

According to the Tomb Raider blog, "Square Enix today announced its latest title in the critically acclaimed and award-winning Tomb Raider series, Rise of the Tomb Raider, will be available for Steam and Windows 10 PC in early 2016. The game will be a console exclusive to Xbox One and Xbox 360 for one year after its initial launch, coming to PlayStation 4 Holiday 2016."

"Rise of the Tomb Raider" is the second part to the hugely-successful series reboot released in 2013. This time, Lara Croft will be exploring Siberia on her very first tomb raiding experience, as she races to find the secret to immortality against a group known as the Trinity, who moved to discredit her in the original title.
