Ronda Rousey has reached leaps and bounds, and at the rate she is going, she could be fairly be achieving the same accomplishments as those of her friend, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson.

Everyone knows how the Rock came to be, starting off as a WWE star which eventually radiated into the Hollywood scene. Although his journey to Hollywood stardom was not an easy one, it remains that he is one of the biggest names in the film industry as well as in the World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE), of course.

Could Ronda Rousey be following the same?

Although their roots are different, seeing the difference between the WWE and Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), it could only be a matter of time before Rousey reaches the same level that Johnson has achieved. Or has she?

Rousey has starred in various films already like the "Expendables 3" and "Furious 7," and the upcoming films where she will be appearing are simply piling up.

She is set to star as well in the movie remake "Road House" and another one in "Mile 22." Seeing her busy schedule, how can she juggle her time between her Hollywood and UFC commitments?

Whatever she is doing, it is working at least for now. In fact, she is set to defend her UFC bantamweight title this coming Nov. 14 against Holly Holm at UFC 193 in Melbourne, Australia. And that upcoming match will certainly not be the last.

Given all these commitments comprising her busy schedule, would it be fair to say that Rousey is indeed the female version of Johnson?

Right now, it seems that way, but at some point she may eventually do more Hollywood films as Johnson.

Recall that Rousey has hinted on possibly retiring when she's in her 30s, and she will be turning 30 in about two years from now. And if that happens, Rousey could very well be focusing a lot on her acting career — somewhat similar to Johnson.
