South Korea vs Russia preview [ESPN viewing details]: How to watch FIFA World Cup 2014 soccer online

Russia and South Korea face off in Group H at the FIFA 2014 World Cup on Tuesday night. With Group H being relatively open, both teams will believe they have a good chance of making it out of the group stages and into the Last 16, however, to do so getting off to a good start is a must.

Today's game will kick off at 6 p.m. EST, with the game being broadcast live on ESPN. The game can also be watched online through live stream – free for subscribers – via the link provided below.

South Korea and Russia met one another just last February and in that game Russia came out on top 2-1. However, both goalscorers for Russia, Fyodor Smolov or Dmitri Tarasov, did not make the Russian squad for the World Cup.

Former England boos Fabio Capello is now in charge of Russia, and he has experienced great success since taking over. He has lost just twice as Russian boss – 0-1 defeats to Portugal and Northern Ireland. He has managed to post an impressive win record of 60 percent.

Meanwhile, for South Korea this will be their eighth straight showing in a World Cup Finals. Not many teams can boast such an impressive World Cup appearances streak, and in fact only the likes of Brazil, Germany, Italy, Argentina and Spain have currently been in more World Cups in a row.

Yet despite Korea's success at making it to the World Cup Finals, they have had scarce luck when at the tournament, managing to get out of the group stages just twice in those eight Finals appearances.

If they want to make better progress at Brazil 2014 they will definitely feel like they need to get at least a point from today's game, although three points will be the clear goal.
