Sadie Robertson's boyfriend Blake Coward shares Christian faith on his own website

Following the footsteps of his famous girlfriend Sadie Robertson from "Duck Dynasty," Blake Coward has come out with his own website called "Audience of One," which he intends to use as a platform to share his faith. Sadie earlier created her own website called "Live Original" for the same purpose.

"I have always been a Christian," Coward shared on his website, saying he grew up "going to church every Sunday and having some of the most spiritual parents a kid could have."

"I gave my life to God when I was twelve but actually began to realise who God was during my freshman year in high school," he said.

Coward confessed about the struggles he had growing up. Just like Sadie, he also dealt with insecurities since he always sought to please others to get their approval.

"This was extremely hard during the awkward middle school years. It seemed like every day I would come home and try to act as if I was fine. I would put a smile on my face no matter what because that's what I thought you were 'suppose' to do when you are a Christian," he said.

But one day, Coward has had enough of the rude comments hurled his way. He tried hiding his feelings from his father, but he was unsuccessful and his father sought him out.

"When I started to tell him all of the things people were saying and telling me, I just began to cry. I did not realise how much they actually hurt me until I said them out loud," he admitted.

After that confession, Coward learned a valuable lesson and it changed his life ever since. Taking a cue from the life of Jesus Christ, the young Christian realised that other people's opinions do not really matter, because the only one that matters is God.

"During the middle of all of this, I heard a saying that completely changed my way of thinking. It was to live for an audience of one. This has meant so much to me," he said.

After that, whenever he would hear a slight remark or struggle with acceptance, Coward would be reminded of Jesus and feel empowered to live a life like Him. "I encourage you guys to look up to Him for your approval rather than seeking it from people. Live today for an Audience of One," he urged.
