"Duck Dynasty" star Sadie Robertson is eagerly awaiting the release of "God's Not Dead 2" on Easter Sunday. The teenage reality TV star is hoping that the movie will inspire people to take a stand for their Christian faith no matter what society dictates.

On her Instagram account (@legitsadierob), Sadie shared a photo taken on March 21 during the movie's special premiere screening. She wrote that "God's Not Dead 2" is "truly an amazing film" and she "can't wait for everyone to see the movie."

"I am so honored that [I] got to be a part of this God's Not Dead Movement. It will encourage, and inspire all people," she wrote.

The movie stars Melissa Joan Hart ("Sabrina the Teenage Witch"), Jesse Metcalfe ("Desperate Housewives"), Fred Thompson ("Law & Order"), and Hayley Orrantia ("The Goldbergs"). Producer David A. R. White, who helped produce both "God's Not Dead" and "God's Not Dead 2," will be reprising his role as Reverend Dave in the sequel.

Aside from Sadie, former Arkansas governor Mike Huckabee will also be making a cameo in the film.

The first movie told the story of a Christian student who challenged his atheist teacher to examine his lack of faith. For the sequel, the focus will be on a teacher named Grace Wesley (Hart), who faces insurmountable odds when she dared to share her faith in the classroom.

"With the principal and superintendent teaming up with a zealous civil liberties group represented by an attorney with no love lost for God, Grace faces an epic court case with the help of a sympathetic and charismatic defence lawyer, that could cost her the career she had always dreamed of—and expel God from the classroom once and for all," the film synopsis reads.
