It is already expected that Samsung will continue with its Galaxy A series, as the 2017 editions are already in the pipeline. Speculations suggest that one of the early releases will be the 2017 Galaxy A7, as the iteration finally gets Bluetooth certification.

According to the listing, certification has been given to an unnamed Samsung device with model number SM-A720F. This is a hint that the handset is the 2017 edition of the Samsung Galaxy A7, although the tech maker has yet to announce it officially.

Meanwhile, although Samsung has yet to come out with confirmed details for its upcoming lineups, the Samsung Galaxy A7 (2017) has reportedly visited benchmarking websites, and its specs and features were posted online. In an AnTuTu benchmark, the 2017 Samsung Galaxy A7 has been listing as having a 5.7-inch display with full HD resolution, as well as an Exynos 7880 chipset paired with 3 GB of RAM. There is also 32 GB of internal storage onboard.

Other specs and features listed include a fingerprint scanner, LTE support, USB Type-C, as well as 3,000 mAh battery. There is also a 16-MP setup for both its rear and front cameras.

As to when fans can expect the Samsung Galaxy A7 (2017), the South Korea-based tech maker has yet to come out with release schedules for the lineup. However, with the iterations already having their certifications, it is likely that the new series will make it either as a late 2016 release, or launched early next year. It is also likely that Samsung will make its timeline as a yearly cycle refresh, and it should be noted that the 2016 editions of the Galaxy A series were launched in December last year.

Meanwhile, aside from the Galaxy A7, supposed leaks have also confirmed that the Galaxy A3 and Galaxy A5 will also receive their 2017 counterparts.
