Samsung Galaxy Note 4 to launch alongside Galaxy Gear 3

Samsung Galaxy Note 4 release date is expected to show off the third generation of Samsung's wearable device – Galaxy Gear.

According to Highlight Press, Samsung is set to launch the Galaxy Note 4 ahead the IFA tech event in September and new rumors claimed that the famous phablet will be bundled up with the unannounced Galaxy Gear 3 smartwatch. The next generation of the Galaxy Note series was expected to make its grand debut on Sept. 3, which is one of the most anticipated releases this year. But Samsung will try again to penetrate the wearables market.

Third time is a charm, as the saying goes. If rumors proved to be true, this would be Samsung's third attempt to break in the smartwatch market. The first two generations of Galaxy Gear did not make much impact in the market and left Samsung with a thousand lessons to learn and a massive room for improvement. The features and details of the Galaxy Gear 3 are still unknown and it is still unknown if Samsung can pull off a device that is the exact opposite of the smartwatch that hit the market before.

Meanwhile, Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is rumored to pack a 5.7-inch screen panel with 2K pixel resolution. The phablet was expected to be powered by either the new Snapdragon processors with 64-bit architecture or the octa-core Exynos chipset paired with 4GB in RAM. At the back, the phablet will sport 20.7 megapixels shooter and a 3,600 to 3,800 mAh battery capacity.

The fourth generation of Samsung Galaxy Note series was also rumored to run with the upcoming 4.5 version of Android operating system dubbed as Lollipop set to debut this month at Google's I/O Conference. The phablet will be available in 128GB internal storage aside from its usual 16GB, 32GB and 64 GB variants. However, Samsung has neither confirmed nor denied all of the aforementioned rumors.
