Samsung Galaxy Note 4 release date will reportedly happen Sept. 3, according to a report.

SamMobile picked up an alleged press invite published by Samsung Netherlands, which detailed the Unpacked event of the company that will be the launching platform for the Galaxy Note 4. The event is reported to take place two days before the IFA Expo in Berlin, which will be kicking off on Sept. 5 to 10. The alleged press invite specified that the event will commence at 2 PM.

The aforementioned date coincided with previous rumors that Samsung's phablet will be announced days ahead of the IFA trade show in September. This was the case with previous Samsung Galaxy Note smartphones releases. The rumors went on to state that the phablet will hit the stores on Sept. 25.

Samsung has not officially confirmed the release date of the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 as the alleged press invite was pulled down but not too quickly after various tech websites grabbed the piece of document. The company has high hopes that the phablet will help turn around the earnings standing of the company. It is reported that Samsung is in a steady decline with its device sales.

Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is rumored to pack a quadHD screen display with 2,560 x 1,440 pixel resolution, 64-bit processor, Android 4.4.3 Kitkat operating system, 3GB RAM, and 3 megapixel front-facing camera. The phablet is purported to come in two variants: the international variant will come with Exynos chipset and the unit released in the US will pack the Qualcomm's Snapdragon processor. The phablet is also rumored to pack a UV sensor and Retina scanner.

Reports said that the Galaxy Note 4 will enter mass production this month to meet the time for release in the fall. Other reports suggested that Samsung Galaxy Note 4 will be launched alongside other Samsung devices such as Gear Live, Gear Glass, and Samsung Galaxy F or also dubbed as the Galaxy S5 Prime.
