Samsung Galaxy Note 4 and LG G3 are only two of the smartphones that will have an intense battle this year.

Made by two contending South Korean mobile manufacturers, the latest devices from LG and Samsung will battle head on in the smartphone market. The two smartphones both have more than 5 inches screen display. LG G3 was already announced and will hit the shelves soon while Samsung Galaxy Note 4 was speculated to arrive in its usual release date window in September. Below is the comparison of the specs and features of Samsung Galaxy Note 4 and LG G3.

Screen Display

LG's new smartphone will sport a 5.5. inches screen display 1440 x 2560 pixel resolution. The size of LG's screen the same with Samsung Galaxy Note 3. The fourth generation of Samsung's phablet will pack a 5.7 inch screen panel with 2K pixel resolution, which is apt for a massive screen.

Processor

LG G3 will be powered by quad core Qualcomm's Snapdragon 810 clocked at 2.3GHz. Meanwhile, Samsung Galaxy Note 4 was rumored to come with new Snapdragon processors with 64-bit architecture or the octa-core Exynos chipset.

Operating System

The LG G3 will run with the 4.4.2 version of Android operating system, while the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 was speculated pack the next generation of Android OS dubbed as 4.5 Lollipop.

Internal Storage

The LG G3 smartphone will be available in 16GB and 32GB variants but will be supplemented by an external storage of up to 64GB via microSD slot. Samsung Galaxy Note 4, on the other hand, was rumored to offer a phablet with 128GB internal storage aside from its usual 16GB, 32GB and 64 GB variants.

Camera

LG G3 will pack a 13 megapixel back camera. Samsung Galaxy Note 4 was rumored to pack a 20.7 megapixels camera at the back.

Battery

LG G3 will offer 3,000 mAh battery capacity. Samsung Galaxy Note 4 will pack 3,600 to 3,800 mAh battery life.
