It has been only a little over a month since the launch of the Samsung Galaxy Note 4, but rumors about its successor have already emerged online, resurrecting the features that did not appear in the latest phablet.

A new concept image for the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 boasts the rumored features that did not make it in the recently released Galaxy Note 4. The latest render was published by the folks from ipos7.com. Below are the features of the new concept image of Galaxy Note 5.

Screen Display

The Galaxy Note 4 packs the same 5.7-inch screen that was first seen in the Galaxy Note 3. It is most likely that its successor will still fall short of the 6-inch margin, or around 5.7 to 5.9 inches. If the company decides not to increase the screen size, the device may pack a YOUM flexible screen or higher resolution.

RAM

RAM determines the system performance alongside the processor. Samsung Galaxy Note 5 is expected to pack at least 4 GB of RAM to complement a more powerful processor.

Processor

Samsung Galaxy Note 5 is expected to be powered by an octa-core processor with 64-bit architecture.

Operating System

The device will still use Android OS. The fifth generation of the Samsung phablet will run with Android L operating system.

Camera

The primary camera found at the back could be 21 megapixels with LED flash and autofocus. Meanwhile, the device will also pack a 5- to 6-megapixel front-facing camera with FullHD video capture.

Internal Storage

Samsung Galaxy Note 5 will most likely come in two storage variants – 32 GB and 64 GB. Just like the previous Galaxy Note phablets, the handset will include a microSD slot of up to 128 GB.

Battery Capacity

The device is expected to come with power-hogging features, which justifies the need for a powerful battery. The device is rumored to be equipped with 4000 mAh with features like ultra-battery saver mode.
