Samsung Galaxy Note 5 release date, specs news: No U.K. release in sight
The Samsung Galaxy Note 5 is out but, unfortunately, it may not be released globally.
Being a highly awaited phone, one can help wonder why Samsung has chosen to limit its release, particularly the European region which will likely have a large chunk of buyers. Instead, the Korean company will be offering the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge.
The only explanation for such is that Samsung may be pushing the curved-display device instead for the time-being.

So, does it follow that this is why they stuck to offering the Samsung S6 Edge instead? Apparently, that is what Samsung has garnered in what they are calling "to better cater to their needs".
All, of course, is not completely lost for U.K. customers who were hoping to get the Samsung Galaxy Note 5. Online retailers are likely to offer it as well, giving them an option to still get hold of one. For those traveling, they can opt to get one just in case they are in the North American or Asian regions.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 5 features a 5.7-inch AMOLED display (2560 x 1440 QHD resolution) backed by an eight-core processor. It also boasts of a 16-megapixel main camera and a lot of S-Pen features.
