The tech world now has an idea on how the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge Plus is going to look like and how big it will be, all thanks to a set of new pictures showing off a dummy version of the upcoming smartphone that recently graced the Web.

In the past few weeks, leaks, big and small, of the purported device trickled in along with other reports that also often mention the alleged Samsung Galaxy Note 5. This new leak, however only shows the Galaxy S6 Edge Plus, which was pictured next to the Galaxy Note 4.

On the design front, the phone looks so much like the South Korean company's flagship, which isn't a surprise as this is what the device was patterned after. The Quad HD quality display measures 5.7 inches, the same size as the purported Galaxy Note 5 and the Galaxy Note 4.

The Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge Plus, together with the Galaxy Note 5, recently stopped by FCC to get certified. There, some of their specs were exposed. The former was revealed to house a Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 processor.

However, there also exist some reports that the S6 Edge Plus will be powered by an Exynos 7420 processor paired with 3 GB of RAM. Basically, it is being depicted as a stretched version of the S6 Edge, with the same insides and dual-edged display.

While Samsung has yet to either confirmed or deny the rumors, there are already prevailing reports that the device will be fully unveiled together with the Galaxy Note 5 on Aug. 12. By August 21, a little over two weeks after being introduced, they will reportedly be available in the market. If these dates are accurate, then Samsung is likely to make an official announcement in the weeks to come.
